Description:
An aptitude trainer for our company are responsible for preparing individuals for careers in engineering and technology through the use of aptitude testing and training programs.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field, such as computer science, physics, or mathematics.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of engineering concepts and principles.
• Experience in training and education, with a proven track record of delivering effective training programs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and delivering training programs to improve technical and problem-solving skills.
• Administering aptitude tests to assess candidates' strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyzing test results to determine areas where individuals need improvement.
• Creating and implementing individualized training plans based on test results.
• Collaborating with other trainers and industry experts to design and implement training programs.
• Monitoring progress and providing feedback to individuals on their performance.
• Keeping up to date with new developments and advancements in engineering and technology.
• Developing educational materials and training aids, such as presentations and handouts.
• Maintaining records and tracking student progress.

Salary for all positions will be based on qualification and experience and will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.
