As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate you will be a part of the Data analytics Reporting Team, DART is positioned to become the pivotal MIS HUB for all operational functions within the Operations. As a global group spinning the USA, India and the Philippines, this role will be integral to the Dart Production(Devops) support setup, tasked with delivering operational solutions.


Job responsibilities

• Responsible to oversee production issues, including root cause analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting, escalating and resolving.
• Ensure production changes are made keeping best practices, lifecycle methodology and overall risk in mind.
• Partner with infrastructure support team, extended team members to ensure communications during critical outages & appropriate coverage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
• Monitor infrastructure, servers, databases, jobs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues or escalate and work with appropriate technology teams or developers to provide solutions.
• Develop/Propose innovative approaches on process improvements & automation possibilities.
• Ability to maintain, upgrade and patch the Control-M environment and suggest recommendation for value addition.
• Flexible to work in night shifts and on weekends as an when needed.
• Closing open support tickets by adhering to the production support service level agreements
• Recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate repeat production issues.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in an application or production support
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Experience in building monitoring dashboards through Tableau or any other reporting tool
• Knowledge on Service Now ITSM tool or any ticketing tool like JIRA.
• Knowledge of creating reports or supporting business intelligence solutions using tools like (but not limited to) Tableau, Python, Alteryx, SAS etc.
• General desire and aptitude to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Understanding of any relational database like Oracle, Teradata
• Required - Ability to write/understand SQL (PL/SQL, T/SQL, PostgreSQL or similar)
• Required - Creating/ supporting reporting tools (examples include but not limited to Tableau, MicroStrategy, Cognos, SSRS)
• Required - Creating/ supporting ETL tools (examples include but not limited to SSIS, Alteryx, Trifacta, Abinitio, SAS)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skill

• Preferred Basic knowledge of Cloud (AWS, Azure)
• Preferred Basic knowledge of scripting like Linux / Unix or Python
