About the team :
The platform is leveraged by Lending business as well for various Loans & Credit card issuance prospects. Team consists of tele-sales marketing, which facilitates new merchants with there requirement of loan & other lending products. And helps them embark new journey.


Expectations/ Requirements:

• Create new scripts & review existing scripts for products & process
• Listen in on incoming and outgoing calls to ensure excellent customer service and

effective product presentation

• Train new hires & bottom performers on the importance of following scripts and on best

practices during a call

• Monitor agents product knowledge, ability to handle objections, communication & plan

improvement

• Track performance of individual agents, its scripts and operators
• Prepare quality reports for TLs, agents, managers
• Review & update procedures, scripts based on business scenarios, response
• Go the extra mile to improve sales numbers of each agent
• Managing the telesales team and assisting junior staff.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
• Setting weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Designing & implementing incentive schemes
• Driving initiatives with business team to improve agent productivity
• Manage the implementation of continuous vendor improvements including

benchmarking, CRM integration
