Job Description


Qatar Airways is looking for an experienced staff to join our Quality team as Team Lead to drive its newly established Global Business Services (GBS) operations in Ahmedabad, India.
The position will be responsible for ensuring best standard of process quality & internal controls are maintained throughout the GBS unit.Responsibilities:

  • Developing quality assurance framework & implement quality assurance tool
  • Developing quality matrics for finance & procurement function & process & ensuring adherence
  • Driving process standardization & improvements for all GBS units
  • Reviewing sample based checks performed by team to ensure compliance
  • Ensuring onboarding & training of new employees as per QR policy
  • Monitoring implementation of all quality improvement projects actions
  • Performing internal control activities for CDC GBS quality program
  • Performing other duties as directed by HOD

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years relevant work experience
  • Work experience in business process re-engineering & optimization
  • Prefer certifications like Lean six sigma black belt
  • Strong skills in MS office applications (Excel, PPT)
