Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Check: Perform regular quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Proper Packing: Ensure all products are packed correctly according to packaging guidelines, with attention to preventing damage during transit.
• Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of all products and their specific packaging requirements, ensuring each item is packaged appropriately.
• Compliance: Ensure all packaging meets company, industry, and safety standards.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and report any issues with packaging materials, labeling, or product defects to the relevant department.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality checks, packaging inspections, and any corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the production and warehouse teams to resolve packaging or quality issues.
• Efficiency: Optimize packaging processes for speed and accuracy while maintaining high quality.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and product handling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to operate basic packaging equipment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in quality control, packaging, or a similar role. Knowledge of product packaging processes is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,361.07 - ?20,000.00 per month
