QUALITY SPECIALIST QPC (M/W/D) Location Becharaji - Gujarat, IndiaPacesetting. Passionate. Together. • Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, supplier, customer and customer warranty) & Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues.
• Timely processing & analysis of customer complaints/warranty according customer requirements (customer portals, 8D report, problem solving documentation, etc.).
• Updating of the quality assurance documents (Q Documents) for series production in alignment with manufacturing engineer / mechanical engineer (Control Plan, FMEA, Parts History List, etc.)
• Preparing the Control Plan & transferring into plant specific tools/documents, assuring sufficient information of those responsible, checking correct application and reviewing/updating the Control Plan based on customer\'s feedback, internal performance and risk assessment (e. g. P-FMEA).
• Evaluation of internal and external change requests concerning quality aspects. Coordination of validation and release of initial-samples according customer requirements in series production.
• Monitoring customer specific requirement (e.g. customer portals) and ensure data conformity with HELLA\'s data systems. Informing of those responsible in the case of critical situations and initiate measures.
• Statistical analysis of SC indicators to identify possibilities of product optimization. Informing of those responsible and initiate measures.
• Arrangement, coordination, monitoring of internal and external sorting and reworking activities in agreement with those responsibilities.
• Involvement in external or carrying out internal audits.
• Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible & identify measures.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Any Graduate/Post-Graduate from Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 05-07 Years of Experience.
