Training other quality insur ance members on all inspection processesKnowledge / Experience 8-13 years of progressive experience as a quality engineer, pr eferably within a high growth product tech environment Deep knowledge in QA tools like JIRA, X-ray, ITSM Deep knowledge in Bug P rioritization, severity and backlogs Experience in functional manual testing, identifying bugs, with BA and Leads prioritizing the m, Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools Superb computer skills, including database management Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA is nice to have Fundamental analytical and conceptu al thinking skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Competency in Microsoft applications includin g Word, Excel, and Outlook. A track record of following through on commitments.
