The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2300 skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning. However, over the last decade, it has evolved to become the largest Operations hub. The India Operations Centre team at Chennai, Bangalore and Gurugram supports Hitachi Energy\xe2\x80\x99s units in more than 40 countries across a wide portfolio of all the four business units in Hitachi Energy To date, the team has executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.

Deploy and support a Quality Culture within local Hitachi Energy, by assuring and controlling Quality with systems, tools and teams to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations.
Your Responsibilities:
Supplier Product Inspections as per customer approved documents. - Supplier Quality Audit Plan and closures.
Order handling in SAP (Booking, follow-up with planning, Order Confirmation, Delivery follow-up, Shipping process.
Assists in the implementation of effective internal controls to verify that process will meet customer and stakeholder requirements. Validates that control plans are applied and effective in mitigating known risks.
Utilize Hitachi Energy aligned systems and tools to assist the Engineering function with product data and analysis to validate that products continue to meet operational and customer expectations throughout their lifecycle.
Utilize the local Quality Management System to provide the local teams with procedures and documentation that sufficiently describe their work activities. Lead the local teams in the application of an operational approach and system of process management that is continually evaluated for effectiveness.
Performs audits and uses Quality data analytics from all parts of the operation to identify risks, failures and non- conformances within the local operations, its suppliers and customers. Assists in the application of appropriate corrective and prevent.

Your background:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering \xe2\x80\x93 Electrical with transformer Industry Experience
Should have 4+ years of experience through Quality management in transformer industry.
Knowledge of Quality standards like ISO and IEEE.
Nice to have previous experience with Quality Control Plan.
Should have proven skills in communication and PowerPoint Presentation.
Knowledge in data Analytics.
Good knowledge in Sales Process flow and Risk Assessment.
Strong customer oriented.
