Job Description

Position: Quality Review Specialist for BMS Experience- Minimum of BS/BA degree with 2-6 years of editorial experience in regulatory documentation, medical communications or scientific publications. Location -Hyderabad Position Summary Ensure quality of clinical protocol and regulatory documents through detailed review of editorial element including standard language and BMS style guide compliance. Key Responsibilities Critically reviews complex clinical protocol and regulatory documents ensuring: Compliance with model document and required asset or therapeutic area specific language. Adherence to the BMS authoring style guide with respect to acronym and abbreviation convention, reference format, and section/table sequencing. Proofreads clinical and regulatory documents for grammar, punctuation and style including typographical errors, spelling, sentence structure, core template style usage and internal hyperlink destinations. Participate in continuous improvement workstream to enhance quality and increase efficiency of document reviews . Qualifications & Experience Minimum of BS/BA degree with 2-6 years of editorial experience in regulatory documentation, medical communications or scientific publications. Detailed knowledge of editing and proofreading techniques for clinical and regulatory documents. Excellent attention to detail in reviewing documents for standard language compliance and grammar, style, syntax and punctuation elements. Thorough understanding of style guides and checklists usage for editorial quality review. Working knowledge of an electronic document management system and PDF annotation tools to facilitate document reviews. Ability to manage timelines and quality of work using strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Effective interpersonal skills to work well in a matrix team environment.
