Prepare a production plan in coordination with the Sales and design team
Coordinate with the Purchase team on raw materials. Guiding Purchase department for scheduling as the production plan.
Prepare process flow, and work instructions and continuously update the Sales, Design, and Management on the progress of the project.
Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan and review of drawings and specifications for any queries and clarifications essential for production.
Ensure production targets are met within the constraints of the budget and optimum production is achieved.
Ensure that the installations manufactured are of consistent quality.
Highlight technical issues and recommend probable solutions to the Sales, design and Management.
Analyse root cause for the rejections and the rework, customer feedback and ensure the systems are in place to prevent the reoccurrence.
Measure the cycle time and reduce the same to improve production.
Device maintenance plan for the shop floor
Analyse the requirement of new machinery to increase productivity/ new product line and accordingly present the case to Management for approval and purchase.
Able to Interpret the drawings
Monitoring Production as well dispatch
Should have vast material knowledge.
Know how to manage factory team.
