• Ensures the local organization has the necessary hardware and software capability to assure products and systems meet specified requirements and customer expectations.
• Implements and ensures that safety systems are in place, known, and utilized by assigned personnel resulting in an accident-free workplace.
• Consults with Engineering staff to develop test protocols as necessary to investigate the integrity of new products, or new functionality for existing products.
• Provides expert analysis and interpretation of data utilizing engineering standards and specifications.
• Organizes and allocates testing resources to effectively and efficiently meet customer delivery commitments.
• Provides support to other functional teams as needed to establish incoming test protocols and to perform First Article Inspections.
• Ensures, with support of HR, that the Quality & Operational Excellence (Q&OpEx) team, is sustainably staffed, developed and directed to enable effective leadership, support and coaching on improvement projects and to provide a career development path for future operational leaders.

Your background

• Minimum 5+ Years of experience in Quality and Opex Management.
• Educational Qualification : B.E / B.Tech
