Preparing Inline checking Report

____ Final checking as per approved samples

Preparing final checking report

Checking the Packing quality and make sure it is as per requirements during Primary Packing

Training workers on quality parameters

Ensuring the quality defects identified are rectified

Ensure Random Quality checking of material Inward to the minimum of 20% of the lot

Preparing the quality checking report along with Inward Incharge.

Maintaining the counter samples of the inward material for checking purpose

Complete understanding of approved Packing instructions

Random Checking of Packed parcels to check if quantity and quality is as per the requirements

Random quality checking of Secondary Packing

Preparing daily report

Design an audit schedule for all the departments

Conducting audit as per the schedule

Suggesting process development initiatives to Management in details along with ROI / pros and cons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?24,000.00 - ?38,000.00 per month
