Job Description

- Assisting the Project Quality Manager in managing quality aspects of project operations
- Liaising with construction team to ensure inspection and testing requirements are met
- Assisting the Project Director/Manager in setting quality and environmental objectives for the project
- Monitoring the implementation of the Project Quality and Environmental Plan
- Liaising with client\'s representative on site for inspection and testing requirements
- Ensuring all records are completed and compiled for submission to client
- Ensuring QA records are produced and stored by the Document Controller/Supervisor
- Assessing subcontractor/supplier QA arrangements for compliance with contract requirements
- Acquainting section personnel with QA requirements
- Coordinating the implementation of the Leighton Management System
- Discussing with section managers in the production and implementation of Safety, QA, QC and Environmental procedures
- Ensuring key dates are met for preparation and submission of quality procedures, inspection and test plans
- Providing regular reports and analysis of QA performance to Project QA/E Manager
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of company systems
- Coordinating documentation including planning, reviewing and updating of the Project Management Plan
- Ensuring all processes are supported by appropriate documented procedures
