Job Responsibilities

• Ensures the company\'s certifications and interfaces with external quality authorities (ISO, EASA, EN, etc.).
• Develop internal procedures to comply with normative relative to maintenance activities.
• To be responsible of all aspects of Quality relatives to aircraft maintenance from Hand-Over to delivery to customer. These aspects are:

• Documentation analysis (SB, Mandatory documents, Time life elements....)
• To coordinate aircraft inspection plan with inspection team.
• To coordinate activities with production team.
• To assure that procedures and normative relatives to maintenance aircraft are accomplished in maintenance activities.
• To develop and deliver the documentation relative to works performed.
• Ensures proper implementation of the quality assurance rules and that the company\'s industrial processes comply with all quality assurance requirements and standards.
• Validates the product inspection plan and handles all product nonconformance up to the product/service being delivered to the customer.
• Ensure product assurance requirements, Aircraft Safety and Customer satisfaction in terms of Quality.
• Deploy Product assurance policy and quality plan. Secure inspection plan and list of certified operators per procedure/activity. Deploy risk analysis and prevention culture through the MRO organization.

• Check and evaluate deployment of quality requirement defined by QMS and Quality Plan.
• Lead the treatment and analysis of nonconformities and concessions.
• Monitor containment and corrective actions
• Certificate that activities have been performed according to the agreed standards (traceability as planned /as run).

Education

Degree/ Diploma in Quality, Quality Management or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering or Equivalent

Specific Knowledge

AS9100D (preferred AS9110C)

CAR145

EASA/CAAS P-145

Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in Avionics Workshop Production or Maintenance Environment/ Electronics Workshop / Mechanical Workshop or production.

Experience in Quality Management and Auditing.

Experience in dealing with avionics customers/ DGCA in Production or MRO capacity

Experienced in Procedural and Process developments.

Lead Auditor Trained

Business Understanding

Aerospace industry relevant to production or MRO.

Expected skills and behaviors

Essential Skills * Operational background in Project Management/ Engineering and experience in Quality Management in avionics industry.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environment
• Ability to interact with all levels of management, both orally and in writing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with proven capability to drive quality in the ecosystem (engage and develop others, influence stakeholders, perform through cooperation)
• Ability to analyze and synthesize

Desirable Skills * Knowledge of processes, practices and tools as applicable to MRO

• Knowledge of problem solving methods (8D, QC tools etc.)
• Certified internal auditor AS 9100.
