The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality systems and processes to ensure that our products meet or exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Establish quality control processes and procedures for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods, including inspection plans and sampling methodologies.
Lead and manage a team of quality assurance technicians and inspectors, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action investigations to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reliability.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage customer complaints and quality non-conformances, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with customers.
Conduct supplier quality audits and evaluations to ensure supplier compliance with quality requirements and standards.
Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and certifications, such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, or other industry-specific standards.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to quality management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
Proven experience in quality management roles within a manufacturing environment, with at least of 10 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Six Sigma, Lean, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
Experience developing and implementing quality management systems (QMS), preferably in compliance with ISO standards.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex quality concepts to diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in quality assurance processes and documentation.
Proficiency in quality management software and tools, such as quality management systems (QMS), statistical analysis software, and Microsoft Office suite.
Certification as a Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, or related field (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus.
