Job Description

:

• Handle instruments and gauges safely. Responsible to ensure the measuring instrument is in within calibration date.
• Execution of In-process Inspection as per quality plan.
• Responsible to Approve the Setting component.
• Responsible to monitor the component quality through Periodic inspection.
• Responsible to ensure the periodic inspection is happened properly by operator.
• Responsible to ensure the component quality while tool changing.
• Responsible to review the shift information in quality log note and take suitable action immediately.
• Responsible to communicate the rejection details, Near miss, accident to Assistant manager Quality Assurance on daily basis.
• Responsible to reviewing daily shop floor non-conformity parts and register the rejection details in NC report.
• Maintain the 5s of Quality Area, Gauge Room
• Responsible to provide the suitable tag on poor quality parts.
• Responsible to monitor the rework components details through rework note.
• Responsible to provide the Instruments and gauges to machine for every setting.
• Need knowledge for all measuring instruments handling like 2d height gauge, Micrometer upto 1000mm, Bore gauge, Multi gauge, Beem gauge.

Skills Required:

• Drawing Interpretation skills.
• Knowledge on the instrument selection and usage.

Education : ITI, DME, DAE, B.E Mech

Experience : 2 - 5 yrs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
