Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure inspection and testing as per the sampling plan.Ensure Fg Should be packed as the standard specification (Domestic and Exports).Ensure proper functioning and monitoring of CCPs (Metal Detector and Dryers) and OPRPs (Precleaner, Magnet and Sortex).Ensure proper packing of Fg. i.e. check for weighing, sealing, stitching and printing matter (Batch No., Packing date and Expiry date).Ensure updating of entire functional documents on regular basis (CCP 1 record, CCP 2 record, Fg checklist, product release etc).Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of the entire demanded sample as per the sample Courier module sheet.Proper sampling of lots as per the EIA sampling plan, ensure proper blending in the proper ratio.Timely testing of EUC processed lots as per the instructions by QA head.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSGraduate B.SC Biology/B.SC Agriculture/ food technologyPreferred SkillsVarietal knowledge of paddy and Rice.Sampling and testing plan.Good Analytical Knowledge.Able to fulfill documentation requirements.YEARS OF EXPERIENCE2-5 yearsIndustries- Rice /Paddy only
