Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Intern to monitor and assess the quality of client interactions. The role involves providing constructive feedback to improve performance and collaborating with managers to address challenges in the overall process.

This internship is ideal for someone passionate about quality assurance and eager to contribute to enhancing client experience.

• Review and evaluate the client interactions to ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
• Provide actionable, constructive feedback to team leads & supervisors to enhance quality and overall performance.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on assessment findings, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
• Work closely with managers and team leaders to design strategies for overcoming challenges in the process.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

Excellent verbal communication skills
