The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction materials, acoustic performance testing, and quality assurance techniques to ensure the highest product standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspection of Finished Products: Conduct thorough inspection of finished soundproof doors and partitions, ensuring they meet design specifications, acoustic performance standards, and aesthetic quality.
• Material and Component Verification: Examine raw materials (e.g., acoustic panels, seals, frames, glass, etc.) and components to verify their compliance with quality standards, durability, and functionality.
• Acoustic Performance Testing: Perform and document sound insulation tests on products to ensure they meet required Sound Transmission Class (STC) ratings. Use acoustic testing equipment to verify product performance.
• Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformance in products and materials, including imperfections in seals, frames, finishes, and soundproofing efficiency. Report findings to the production team and suggest corrective actions.
• Compliance with Standards: Ensure that all products meet or exceed relevant industry standards, building codes, and certifications related to soundproofing, fire safety, and environmental impact (e.g., ASTM, ISO, ANSI).

o Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies, such as ISO 9001, ASTM, or ANSI.
• Acoustic Knowledge: Understanding of Sound Transmission Class (STC) ratings, Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC), and other relevant acoustic performance metrics for soundproof doors and partitions.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in identifying defects and ensuring all components meet the required specifications.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues, assess root causes, and implement solutions to prevent defects or quality issues.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to document inspection results, communicate findings to the production team, and generate quality control reports.
