Roles and Responsibilities

Inspection & Testing

• Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Use various measuring tools and test equipment to assess product quality.
• Ensure products meet established specifications and quality standards.

Documentation

• Record inspection data, test results, and non-conformance issues in detailed reports.
• Maintain and file quality records, inspection logs, and test reports.
• Generate reports on inspection findings, summarizing key issues and suggesting corrective actions.

Defect Identification & Reporting

• Identify, document, and communicate any defects, irregularities, or non-conformances in the production process.
• Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve quality issues.
• Ensure defective products are properly quarantined and isolated to prevent shipment.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure products comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
• Assist with internal audits, customer audits, and external certification processes.
• Stay up to date on quality standards, best practices, and relevant regulations.

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to improve quality control processes.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce defects and improve production efficiency.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize quality assurance practices.

Collaboration & Training

• Provide guidance to operators and production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Train team members on proper inspection techniques and the use of testing equipment.
• Work with other departments (e.g., production, engineering, and supply chain) to ensure consistent quality across all stages of production.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
