As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. : As a Quality Inspector at Balaji Associate SV pvt ltd you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for inspecting and testing products at various stages of the production process to identify defects, deviations from quality standards, and areas for improvement. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining our high-quality standards will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products. Use various testing equipment and tools to measure and evaluate product quality. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records. Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Assist in the development and improvement of quality control processes. Perform final inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications. Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding quality issues. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in quality control is a plus. Strong knowledge of quality control standards and techniques. Familiarity with testing equipment and tools. Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills for recording and documenting inspections.
