Join TF4GLOBAL as a Quality Control Inspector, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the adherence of all products to the company's rigorous quality standards. Your primary responsibility involves inspecting materials, parts, processes, and finished products to guarantee compliance with specifications before delivery to customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of materials, parts, and finished products.
• Utilize measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Identify and document any defects or deviations from specifications.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of inspection results.
• Report concerns or issues to the Quality Manager promptly.
• Collaborate in root cause analysis of non-conforming parts or processes.
• Assist in the development of quality control procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Essential knowledge of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) and GD&T.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
