Jagan Lamps Ltd., a leading manufacturer of automotive halogen lamps, is seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Proficient in process inspection, SQA, pre-dispatch inspection, quality tools, and QMS. Flexible for day/night shifts. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problemsolving abilities & commitment to quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct process inspections, supplier quality assurance (SQA), and pre-dispatch inspections.
• Utilize quality tools and techniques to maintain product quality.
• Implement and adhere to Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Identify and resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain quality records.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in quality inspection or quality engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Flexible to work in day or night shifts.
• Knowledge of quality tools and QMS standards is a must.
