Job Overview:

Global Electronics Manufacturing Company is seeking diligent and detail-oriented females aged 18-30 years for the position of Assembly Operator. The primary responsibility will be electronics assembly at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Devanahalli General Industrial Area, Bangalore Rural, Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembling Electronic Components: Accurately assembling electronic parts and components as per the specified guidelines and instructions.

Quality Control: Conducting quality checks to ensure all assembled products meet the company's quality standards.

Equipment Handling: Safely operating and maintaining assembly equipment and tools.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of production and quality control data.

Adherence to Safety Standards: Following all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Team Collaboration: Working efficiently within a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Age Range: 18-30 years

Gender: Female candidates only

Skills and Competencies:

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in assembling and inspecting electronic components.

Manual Dexterity: Good hand-eye coordination and ability to handle small parts.

Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of electronic components and assembly processes.

Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Communication Skills: Basic communication skills for reporting and documentation.

Location: Devanahalli General Industrial Area, Bangalore Rural, Karnataka

Work Schedule: Full-time position with shifts as per the company's operational requirements.

Benefits:

Shift allowance ( A & C Shift @50, B Shift @25 extra)

Attendance Bonus @750 per month ( one day leave@500) extra

Accommodation allowance of INR 5000 will be provided by the company along with the salary

Note: Name & DOB in 10th marks sheet and Aadhar card should be the same
