Quality Inspector
Job Description
Role/ Key Responsibilities 1. Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections of products or parts to ensure they meet specified quality standards and requirements. Perform various testing procedures to assess product quality and performance. 2. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspection and testing results. Generate inspection and quality control reports. 3. Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members, especially when defects or issues are identified. Effective communication is crucial. 4. Problem Solving: Investigate and identify the root causes of quality issues. Collaborate with colleagues to find and implement solutions that prevent the recurrence of defects. 5. Quality Improvement: Suggest and contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing product quality. Participate in continuous improvement efforts and support changes in manufacturing or production processes. 6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards and quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 and IATF Documentation. Key Requirements Qualifications: Education: Diploma (Preferred). Experience: At least 1 year of experience in quality control is preferred.
