Quality Inspector Furniture Industry
Job Description
• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify defects or deviations from specifications and report them to management.
• Perform tests on materials and finished products to assess durability, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all testing results and inspections.
• Prepare and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of quality control processes in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Work closely with production teams to address quality issues and provide guidance on quality standards and best practices.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss quality concerns and improvement initiatives.
• Investigate quality-related issues and customer complaints, recommending solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Assist in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements to processes and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and standards related to quality control in furniture manufacturing.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
