Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

In-Process Inspection:

Inspecting materials and products during the assembly process to ensure they meet specifications.

Material Inspection:

Inspecting incoming materials to verify their quality and compliance.

Finished Product Inspection:

Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.

Documentation:

Maintaining detailed records of inspections, noting defects or deviations.

Communication:

Communicating quality issues to production teams, supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders.

Root Cause Analysis:

Identifying and analyzing the root causes of defects and non-conformities.

Corrective Action:

Collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of defects.

Process Improvement:

Participating in the development and refinement of quality control processes and procedures.

Training:

Providing training to assembly line workers on quality standards and procedures.

Safety:

Ensuring adherence to safety protocols during inspections and production activities.

Equipment Maintenance:

Maintaining measurement equipment in good working order through calibration and repairs.

Documentation:

Completing reports, logs, and other quality documentation as required.
Skills and Qualifications:

Familiarity with assembly processes and quality control procedures
