Job Description

• The Quality Incharge will oversee all quality-related activities within the manufacturing process, ensuring that products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• This role also involves troubleshooting quality issues, conducting audits, training staff, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure continuous product excellence.
• 10+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the manufacturing industry.
• Lead and oversee daily quality control processes to ensure all products meet internal and external quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and enforce quality control policies and procedures across the manufacturing process, from raw material inspection to finished product.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, industry regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.), and customer specifications.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure that incoming materials and components meet quality specifications.
• Work closely with the procurement team to address quality issues with suppliers and implement solutions to improve material quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ?55,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
