Designation: Quality Incharge

Shift: Day - Night Shift

NOTE: HAVE EXPERIENCE IN QUALITY INCHARGE OR RELATED FIELD

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Incharge for our Kala Amb facility to oversee product quality, ensure compliance with industry standards, and implement effective quality control processes. The role involves monitoring production, conducting inspections, identifying defects, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems and a keen eye for detail.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Quality Control and Assurance: Oversee and ensure that the manufacturing process adheres to quality standards.

? Inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished products (ropes, tiles) for compliance with quality standards.

2. Product Testing and Inspection: Perform testing on ropes, and other products for durability, strength, and safety.

3. Team Management: Supervise the quality control team and ensure they follow procedures.

4. Root Cause Analysis: Identify the root causes of defects or quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed quality control records and documentation.

6. Compliance and Standards: Ensure all products comply with the company's internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

7. Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

8. Customer Feedback Management: Handle customer complaints related to product quality and initiate corrective actions as required.

Qualifications Needed:

? Education:

? A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Production), Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

? A diploma or certification in Quality Management

? Certifications (Optional but preferred): Quality Management Systems certification
