• Technical Support to Production
• Process standardization & benchmarking
Educational Qualification: B. Tech./Graduation
(With Specialization): B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Chemical/Polymer Engineering
Job Responsibilities
Handling of Internal (Assy, PQC) & External Customers(Market Quality, QA)
• Documentation of the standards for the entire process of the shop
• ISO 9001 Audit preparation
• Handling of the measuring Instruments & System development
• Understanding of lean manufacturing, six sigma and implementation in work areas
• Analysis of the defects & closure with countermeasure along with PDCA
Competencies / Skills Functional/Technical:
• Sound knowledge of Injection molding Process, Bumper painting process & Sub Assembly of bumpers
• Hands on Experience in Assembly related processes
• Work experience of ISO 9001 & other audits
• Experience of defect control & resolution
• AutoCAD, Knowledge of Unigraphics
• Proficiency in MS Excel Advanced & MS Power Point
