Job Summary: The Quality Executive is responsible for ensuring that the organization's products and services meet established quality standards. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Quality Management:
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Audits and Inspections:
• Conduct regular audits of processes and products to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead internal and external quality audits, preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Training and Development:
• Provide training to employees on quality standards and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions to promote a quality-focused culture.
• Issue Resolution:
• Investigate quality issues and non-conformance reports, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related problems.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of quality assessments, audits, and compliance checks.
• Prepare detailed reports for management review, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Participate in the development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
Preferred Skills:
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE).
• Experience in [specific industry, if applicable].
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
