• Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
• Developing and Implementing Quality Standards.
• Researching and developing new processes and procedures for achieving quality goals.
• Monitoring and mapping out existing processes and making corrective action recommendations in order to increase efficiency or lower costs.
