Packging plant Quality manager assistant
Knowledge of paper, paper board, mono certain, and corrugation
offset, paper quality
Handling all factory activities.? Handling day to day activities in Production as well as QC department.? Planned, organized and monitored resources to ensure efficient use of labor, equipment and material.? Managing company operations, including staff hiring, training, development, scheduling and supervision.? Located and resolved problems with team production and performance to maintain consistent quality levels.? Responsible for supply good quality product to in house & customer end. Making action plan for found any NG parts at in house & customer end.? Evaluate employee skills and knowledge regularly, provides hands-on training and mentoring to individuals with lagging skills.?
