Position: Quality Executive

#### Qualification:

- BE (Bachelor of Engineering) in Mechanical

#### Compensation:

- CTC: ?2.50 LPA - ?3.00 LPA

#### Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify and rectify any quality issues.

- Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and documentation.

- Analyze quality data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure all products meet or exceed customer expectations and specifications.

- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality concerns.

- Monitor and maintain calibration records for inspection equipment and tools.

- Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

#### Skills and Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.

- Proficiency in quality inspection tools and techniques.

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

#### Preferred Qualifications:
