• Doing the Kitchen Verifications.
• Verifying Kitchen Hygiene and Environmental hygiene.
• Verifying Kitchen utensils and cleanliness.
• Ingredients quality checking.
• Educate the providers/Home chefs on Best hygiene practices.
• Educate providers/Home chefs on food preparation guidelines.
• Conduct random verifications.
• Communicate and Educate Providers on feedback received from the Customer Care team.
• Onboarding new providers.
• Conducting provider orientation sessions.
