Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handling incoming and supplier end quality
• Quality system adherence and standard requirements
• On-Time & Quick response to internal and external stakeholders
• Conducting supplier end system audit and process audits
• Supplier improvements & PPAP adherence for new parts
• Green channel supplier and green channel parts development
• Simplification in inspection activities
• Oracle system transactions for incoming material clearance
• Preparing Quality plan at incoming stage and maintaining records
• Conducting MSA for inspectors and control chart implementation at supplier end
• Knowledge of main/related IS, IEC, ANSI standards for testing & inspection
• Projects on reduction of incoming rejection, use of quality tools for analysis
• First article inspection and layout inspection
• Managing inspection team shift wise and at supplier side
• Taking initiatives in improving the Systems and Procedures in customer inspection and quality function
• Preparation and Release of MIS as per Business needs on time, and accurate basis
• Bring down overall cost of poor quality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
