Job Description

A Quality Executive in the corrugation industry is responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and customer requirements. Here are some key responsibilities and key result areas (KRAs) for a Quality Executive:

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Planning: Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry regulations.

2. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.

3. Testing and Inspection: Develop and implement testing and inspection procedures to ensure products meet quality standards.

4. Corrective Action: Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

5. Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness to production staff on quality procedures and standards.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Quality Metrics: Achieve quality metrics targets, such as defect rate, customer complaints, and quality certification.

2. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality products and services.

3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and customer requirements.

4. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in quality processes and procedures.

5. Cost Reduction: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives through quality improvements.
