Capgemini is seeking an executive to play Quality Engineering & Testing (QE&T) GTM Lead. The person will play a pivotal role in QET growth focusing on US and Europe regions across technologies and industries. Reporting directly to the India QE&T Practice Leader, the responsibilities encompass developing and executing GTM strategies, define and execute new models of services and offers.This role requires an in-depth understanding of quality engineering, testing practices, latest trends in market on QET and delivery models. Collaboration with stakeholders, business units, and technology leaders is critical to ensure seamless integration of QE&T into the embedded lifecycle.The candidate should have an innovative mindset; the firm seeks not only a strong leader who can articulate a vision, but one who can also drive execution of that vision in a very concrete manner that results in tangible business outcomes.The leader will be involved in -

• Solution Development - Leading deals and shaping up the e2e solution for our clients. Bring innovation and differentiations in the solution development. Will need good understanding on market demand, competitive landscape, and latest trends.
• Market Segmentation and targeting: The GTM Lead defines strategies to reach and engage these target segments effectively.
• Partnership and Alliances Management: Building and nurturing strategic partnerships with technology vendors, system integrators, and other stakeholders to enhance the delivery of QET solutions. This also includes finding right co-innovation areas with partners.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends in QET, customer pain points, and opportunities for differentiation. The GTM Lead uses this intelligence to refine offerings and develop effective positioning strategies. Also a strong feedback loop to COEs to build additional differentiation.
• Continuous Learning and Innovation: Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT services delivery. The GTM Lead fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the organization to drive competitive advantage.
• Operations KPI: Strong understanding on operational KPI to manage the overall team of Practice engaged in various forms of COE ( SAP Testing, Performance, Automation, TDM and others)

Primary SkillsThe candidate will have 22-25 years of experience with

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or industry certifications preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in Quality Engineering and Testing roles in the cross industry (Retail, Consumer product, healthcare, Telecom or any other) and technologies (SAP Testing in the mix is preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of quality engineering, testing practices, with latest trends on Gen AI. Strong presales plus delivery background combination is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective QE&T GTM strategies and COE strategies
• Some exposure to managing P&L and operational KPIs for the team.
