Job Description

Primary Responsibilities: Develop, document, implement and maintain test suites and scripts for new and existing features based on stories and acceptance criteria. Minimum 2 yrs of Experience working on Salesforce CRM platforms (Sales / Service / Marketing cloud) Closely work with BA and Dev teams to ensure the testing requirements are well understood, test cases are documented and test results are published as per release schedule. Communicate test goals, priorities, plans, schedule, status, and results across leadership. Participate in Agile release planning for new Salesforce feature and platform functionality, defect fixes, and platform optimization. Estimates, prioritizes, plans, and coordinates testing activities. Identifies, documents, tracks & Analyze defects. Performs thorough regression testing of resolved defects. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in software testing and delivering high-quality software on CRM platforms Experience with Agile, Scaled Agile Framework, Dev Ops, or Test-Driven Development. Strong understanding of software development process, debugging, testing, and problem-solving. Strong inclination towards QA automation. Strong track record of on-time delivery for large, cross-functional, projects.
