Job Description
*Required Quality Engineer - Ready Mix Concrete Manufacturing Plant Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to quality standards in the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Implement quality control procedures, including sampling, testing, and documentation of concrete mixtures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve quality assurance protocols.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and enhance overall quality performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid quality deviations.
- Train and educate plant personnel on quality procedures and standards.
- Liaise with external quality auditors and regulatory agencies as required.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
