Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Engineer for our Sheet Metal Division at DCS Group. This is a full-time position based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the sheet metal industry. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our sheet metal components and metal fabrication processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in sheet metal industry
• Knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes and techniques
• Hands-on experience with dimensional inspection tools and gauges
• Understanding of quality control principles and practices
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on incoming sheet metal components and raw materials
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of fabricated sheet metal parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test procedures, and work instructions
• Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures in the sheet metal division
• Train and mentor team members on quality standards and procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of sheet metal components and fabrication processes
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to resolve quality-related concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
