Job Summary:
The QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and analysis. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify issues and implement solutions, ultimately ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Conduct manual testing, load testing, and API testing on software products.
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in the product.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure defects are understood, prioritized, and resolved.
• Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues do not affect existing functionality.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Monitor debugging process results and track quality assurance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role.
• Familiarity with various testing techniques and methodologies.
• Experience with manual testing, load testing, and API testing.
• Experience with testing tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,653.59 - ?30,000.16 per month
