Position: Quality Engineer

Experience Required: 4+ years

Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech in Civil

Candidate Preferred Location: Pune Only

Responsibilities:

• To arrange for review of non-confirming product and actions for repair, rejections, replacement of products and CAPA.
• Supplier quality evaluation and daily monitoring with suppliers and planning team and QA Engineers to expedite quality.
• To Control, Calibrated and Mainten inspection measuring and test equipment.
• Responsible for inspection and test plan for supplier and costumer.
• Responsible for assuring product quality through assurance activities with the help of QA Engineer.
• Responsible for verification of purchase productive item, Inprocess item, and finished product.
• Responsible for Quality Education and training to QA Engineer & Supplier to improve product quality and delivery.
• Responsible for verifying the availability of pertinent documents at appropriate location and for documents and data control.
• Responsible for Pump Performance test and Mechanical running test.
• Monitor third party inspection agencies, Contractors, and end users to regulate inspection.
• Planning and Scheduling of day to day inspection activities as per PPC & Procurement material plans
• Planning and Scheduling of day to day quality activities in Assembly and testing to for smooth and defect free production.
