Job Description

QA/QC Civil Engineer is to supervise functions and ensure that operations for client needs are satisfactory and meet industry and internal quality standards. Quality assurance procedures are planned and monitored, and quality plans are developed for the company's projects.

• Preparation of Test formals and test record as per the requirement.
• Preparing concrete mix designs for various grades.
• Conducting laboratory testing as well as field testing on material and completed work as per specification and frequency.
• Study the BOQ, Schematic Drawings and other and the flag up the expectations to the Management.
• Prepare the terms of execution works and giving the direction as per detailed activity programmed for getting the work done as per timeline schedule.
• Monitoring the construction activities and progress of work.
• Maintain a detailed dairy of the day work activities, issues.
• Liaise with head office and client's managers and engineers as and when required to resolve the site quality issues.
• Planning schedules, settlement of progressive and final claims of contractors and reconciliation of the material.
• Responsible for pre-pour and post pour inspections for construction of RCC work and other civil works like brick work, plaster and other misc, finishing works of the buildings and storm water drainage, STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), Rain water harvesting & Parking .Monitor the work and keeping the progress of the construction as per scheduled plan.
• Executing the work with quality and perfection.
• Testing soil and material to determine the strength of foundation, concrete, steel, etc.
• Compiling, Checking and approving reports.
• Implement the QA/QC management system, at site.
• Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors and vendors coordinate all non destructive testing on site.
• Coordinate with the customer's representative on all quality matters.
• Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors.
• Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status.
• Ensuring the Safety and Quality work at site.
• Responsible for alll QA/QC issues of sites and responsible for maintain all quality documents as per mentioned in QA/QC manual.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
