Qualification Diploma / BE in Electronics or Mechanical.


Experience 3 to 5 Years Hands on experience in Supplier quality, Incoming quality control, Process, and product quality functions, preferably in Electronics, electromechanical components manufacturing industries.


Communication Should be good on verbal and written communication.

Rolls And Responsibilities
• Supplier Selection and Evaluation_: Assess potential suppliers' quality capabilities, audit their facilities, and evaluate their quality management systems.
• First Article Inspection: Check 1st production sample of components, assembly, or product. Visual inspection, Dimensional verification, Material certification.
• Supplier Performance Monitoring_: Track and analyze suppliers' quality performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Audit and Assessment_: Conduct on-site audits and assessments to ensure suppliers meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Issue Resolution_: Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and verify effectiveness.
• Quality System Development_: Assist suppliers in developing and improving their quality management systems.
• Training and Development_: Provide training and guidance to suppliers on quality processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence_: Ensure suppliers comply with relevant industry regulations, standards, and customer requirements.
• Continuous Improvement_: Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers, focusing on quality performance.


In process Quality:
• Handling both the departments Inward Quality Control as well as Quality Control.
• To prepare SOP for testing of various inward material.
• Monitoring and analyzing the problems observed during the inward material testing.
• Coordination with vendors to resolve the problems raised in inward materials.
• Coordination with purchase team for vendor inspection and audit to ensure the better quality of raw material.
• Monitoring and analyzing quality checks such as IPQC (In process), FQC (Final), OQC (operational) at various stages to improve the process yield.
• Coordination with design team to prepare check list required for final inspection of products.
• Analyzing the problems observed during the various stages of quality checks.


Product Quality:
• Coordination with production team to eliminate the factors that affect the quality..
• Developing quality process and implementing quality culture in the organization, organizing periodic audits to keep a check on processes and systems.
• Ensuring defined processes are documented, implemented, and adhered to at each level.
