You will be working closely withDie chip attach machine; a fully automated integrated tool comprises epoxy dispensing, direct wafer/IC attached, thermal bonding in a roll to roll processing. Fast paced, high throughput in a high volume manufacturing environment. Content expert in the area of equipment engineering, spares as well as jigs and fixture design.To ensure success as an Quality Engineer, you should have an excellent grasp of RFID technology, knowledge of surface mount technology, and the ability to work as part of a team. Top-notch engineers should be able to accurately identify issues in RFID tags and design systems that improve production speed, quality, FTQ (First time Quality)Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a technology that uses radio waves to passively identify a tagged object.
