Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
Previous experience (typically 2-5 years) in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, quality control techniques, and statistical analysis methods.
Familiarity with quality standards and regulations applicable to the industry, such as ISO 9001, FDA regulations, or GMP requirements.
Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, spectrophotometers, and testing instruments.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections, tests, and documentation.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
