Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications throughout the production process of ready mix concrete.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, concrete mixes, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures, including sampling plans, testing protocols, and documentation practices.
- Analyze data from quality tests and inspections to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, operations, and technical teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and educate plant personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in internal and external audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the ready mix concrete industry.
- Strong understanding of concrete materials, mix designs, and production processes.
- Knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASTM, ACI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
