Responsibilities and Duties
• Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
• Assessing customer requirements.
• Setting customer service standards.
• Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.
• Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety.
• Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at national level.
• Carrying the inspection as per GRIR, PO, ITP (Inspection Test Plan), Drawing & Reporting.
• Managing TPI (Test Process Improvement) Inspection as per the Purchase Order or Approved QAP.
• Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures.
• Knowledge of material testing with various grade of steel & alloy steel.
• Knowledge & implementing of Kaizen, lean manufacturing & 5S with related documents.
• Ability to understand geometric dimensioning & tolerance.
• Manage supplier quality program to improve the quality.
• Preparing quality inspection plan.
• Preparing the QAP & TPI plan for project have skilled working with government bodies.
• Qualifications and Skills
• Preferred B.E.in Mechanical Engineering Quality Assurance, Quality Control, QMS, QA, PPAP, Validation, ISO, Supplier Quality Assurance, Documentation, SPC, Quality Management, HACCP, Auditing, Quality Consultant, Quality Audit, Quality Standards, Quality Controller, Quality Inspector.
• Minimum 1 year Experience .
