Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications throughout the production process of ready mix concrete.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, concrete mixes, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures, including sampling plans, testing protocols, and documentation practices.
• Analyze data from quality tests and inspections to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and technical teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and educate plant personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Participate in internal and external audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the ready mix concrete industry.
• Strong understanding of concrete materials, mix designs, and production processes.
• Knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASTM, ACI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
